Register for one or all workshops and classes as part of our ongoing Wellness series.
Attend this training to learn about why students resist reading and what leads to reading reluctance. You will learn what strategies, tools and instructional materials help students enjoy reading and why pleasure reading is such a crucial activity in education. This course applies towards the "Reading preparation (PREP)" licensure component. This virtual training is being facilitated by Staci Blix, a SWMetro Special Education teacher.
